FYI The forum email notification issue that is caused by users with
different language settings is happening again and may prevent people from

I thought I had this one fix but apparently not :-(

I have added an issue here for it (it may be a Geeklog or a Forum Plugin
issue not sure yet) : https://github.com/Geeklog-Plugins/forum/issues/6
