It's not set up to poll on a regular basis - it'll only poll when being triggered by an update of the geeklog repository. I simply didn't expect a lot of activity on the test-framework repository.

I'd happily change that if we had some volunteers for writing more tests ;-)

Did you create an account in Jenkins yet? Tell me the username and I can give you the rights to start builds manually.
