Thanks Rouslan,

Yeah anything that pretty much dealt with the configuration is just MySQL
copied over. I figured once someone else besides myself had tested the
install and upgrade (under MySQL) and all was fine, then we could convert it
to MS SQL and PG SQL.

Just tested both install and upgrade with PgSQL. Both are broken. The PgSQL
upgrade code looks almost identical to the mySQL one...
Anyway, I'll take this task and I'll email you a patch when finished ;)

As far as MSSQL goes, I think that it will be trickier because, as far as I
know, that didn't work even before the new config UI....
