[geeklog-devel] Bad Behavior

I just upgraded to Bad Behavior 2 on a fresh (from scratch) 1.4.1 installation.  When I try to moderating anything I get a bad behavior error saying my IP has been blocked and then I get linked to this page which doesn't help me at all.  Thoughts?
