  Improved Display For Articles that use Page Breaks

New template variables passed to a number of article templates. This allows,  if comments are setup to display on the last page, to display other things like the likes control, Filed under, What's Related, Article Options, etc... all with the comments on the last page of the article if we want.

New Template Variables are:
page_number: current page number
page_total: total page count
comments_on_page: if comments will appear on page
