  Fixed detecting of URLs for switching languages so correct language of item will load

Tested for default URLs, URL Rewrite, and URL Routing (both with and without index.php)
Tested for Articles, Topics, and Static Pages. If an alternate language item exists when switching language it will load that page.

Further fixes for #934
