  Removed hardcoded input from Admin Article Editor

Update for #748 . Added commoncontrols.thtml file to all themes which will replace any hardcoded input tags for checkboxes, select, etc.

Updated Admin Article Editor and removed hardcoded inputs.  Left hardcoded hidden inputs for now. Updated Modern Curve theme delete button to work the same way as denim theme.
