  Updated PLG_getItemInfo to make use of options array for filtering items

Options array not can include filters based on topics and created date for when returning multiple items. Articles supports this new feature.

  For XMLSitemap plugin added config option for News Sitemap and a few other fixes

Feature #901. Support for Google News Sitemap. Added ability to limit sitemap by topics article belongs to and max age.
XMLSitemap plugin now required Geeklog 2.2.1
If Demo Mode enabled then Pinging sitemaps are disabled.
