  Fix for upgrade of Spam-x Plugin during upgrade of Geeklog 2.0.0 to 2.1.0

Upgrade of SPAM-X from version 1.3.1 to 1.3.2 missed adding primary key
to table (Geeklog v2.0.0 to Geeklog 2.1.0). Also fixed misssing
statements for pgsql (this is untested).
