  Updated Button Text for Step 2 of Install and added help text

Added help text to explain what install and upgrade buttons do on step 2
of the install and upgrade step.

Fix bug for upgrade and step 2 and removed second button as it is not
possible to select only to upgrade certain plugins. All plugins that
need updating will update.
