     The *funeral* will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 26th,
2016, at the Plaza Jewish Community Chapel on Amsterdam Avenue at West 91st
Street, Manhattan.   *Burial* will follow at Beth David Cemetery in Elmont,
N.Y.

*Shiva Information*:
     The family will sit *shiva* at 315 West 70th Street, Apt 3C, (off West
End Avenue), Manhattan, the following days.

Monday, December 26th, from 4:00-8:00 p.m
Tuesday, December 27, from 4:00-8:00 p.m.
Wednesday, December 28, from 4:00-8:00 p.m.
Thursday, December 29, from 4:00-8:00 p.m.
Friday, December 30, from 12:00-2:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 31, from 5:30-9:00 p.m.
