Ultima hora: Por orden de la corte federal, el USCIS no comenzara a aceptar solicitudes para la expansión del DACA el 18 de febrero como se planificó originalmente. El mandato temporal de la corte, emitida el 16 de febrero, no afecta el DACA existente. Las personas pueden continuar solicitando o renovando del DACA inicial bajo las reglas establecidas en el 2012. Por favor, este pendiente para las próximas noticias. Debe tomar este tiempo para prepararse para el periodo de solicitud.
Informe: En noviembre del 2014, el Presidente Barack Obama aprobó un conjunto de acciones ejecutivas sobre las reformas migratorias. Las acciones ejecutivas incluyeron varias iniciativas que involucran las actualizaciones al programa de Acción Diferida para los Llegados en la Infancia (DACA)  y la Acción Diferida para Padres (DAPA).
