No-cost mammograms, flu shots, and many other services available
this Saturday, Nov. 22, at Assembly Member O'Donnell's
11th Annual Fall Health Fair!

This Saturday, November 22nd, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, Assembly Member O'Donnell will
be hosting his Fall Health Fair at the Children's Aid Society at the Douglass Houses
(885 Columbus Avenue @ West 104th Street).
Mammograms (extended hours!) and flu shots by appointment. Participating organizations
will also provide no-cost services including eye examinations, HIV screenings, Affordable
Care Act sign-ups, and glucose, blood pressure, and cholesterol testing. Free giveaways
and information on a variety of health-related topics will also be provided. See

Free mammograms will be available for extended hours from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM to
 women who are 40 years or older, NYC residents, and have not received a mammogram
in the past 12 months. Eligible women can receive a free mammogram whether or not
they have health insurance. If you do have health insurance, please be sure to bring
your insurance with card with you to your screening.

To schedule an appointment for a mammogram, please call the American-Italian Cancer
Foundation at 1 (877) 628-9090.

Free flu shots will be available during the Health Fair from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM.

schedule an appointment for a flu shot.
