[BwayDems] AM O'Donnell's Second Response to the Final Scoping Document re: JHL

Dear Neighbors, 

 

Attached is a second letter I have mailed to the New York State Department
of Health regarding the Final Scoping Document on Jewish Home Lifecare's
proposal to build a new nursing home on West 97th Street. In addition to
my concerns about the project's effects on children at P.S. 163, which I
detailed in a letter on February 21, 2014, I am very concerned about the
effects on the surrounding community and infrastructure. Today's letter
asks that the Department of Health address those concerns.  

 

I will continue to urge the Department of Health to thoroughly examine
every facet of this proposal.
