The toll from the deadliest storm ever to hit the Philippines continues 
to rise -- with more than 5,000 deaths, 23,000 injured, and an estimated 3,000,000 people displaced. There remains a desperate need for funds 
to support relief efforts. We hope you will join us and other local 
leaders (see the list at the bottom) this coming Tuesday at a benefit in support of survivors of the 
typhoon.
