Dear Neighbor,

 

My 10th Annual Health Service Day is tomorrow!

 

Come get a FREE FLU SHOT, assistance with applying for Obamacare, dental
screenings, eye screenings, blood pressure and glucose testing, and much
more! In addition, there will be many giveaways and informational
pamphlets for attendees, as well as a raffle to win a Whole Foods gift
card.

 

It will be held at The Children's Aid Society - Frederick Douglass Center
(885 Columbus Avenue @ West 104th Street) between 11AM - 3PM. All are
welcome!

 

I have attached flyers in both English and Spanish to this email for your
convenience. Please help spread the word about the event to community
members who may be interested!
