Please join me this Thursday for a conversation about the future of New
York's housing laws.



This past month, the Division of Housing and Community Renewal, which
oversees all rent stabilized and rent controlled apartments released draft
regulations for the Tenant Protection Unit - a new office created to fight
landlord abuse and protect affordable housing.



Come learn about this proposal, and how we can continue to strengthen New
York's rent laws.
