you live on the downtown side of 109th Street and down from there AND from the west side
of Broadway over to Riverside Drive . . . you now live in the 6th City Council District. 
 
If
you live on the uptown side of 109th Street AND uptown from there OR
if you live on the east side of Broadway over to Central Park West, from 97th Street up . . .you now live in the 7th City Council District.
