Dear Neighbor,

As many of you may already know, I am sponsoring a Community Health Fair
on Saturday, November 3rd, at the Children's Aid Society - Frederick
Douglass Center (885 Columbus Avenue at West 104th Street)! The event will
go from 11AM to 3PM. Some of the free services available include blood
pressure, glucose, cholesterol, and foot health screenings; HIV and
Hepatitis C testing; and more! There will also be a free raffle of gift
cards to Whole Foods and local restaurants.

Additionally, we are offering free flu shots, a first for my Health Fair.
If you would like to reserve a shot, please contact my office at

You can find further information about the Health Fair in the attached
flyers in both English and Spanish. I have also included the text of the
flyers below in both languages. Please help spread the word to other
community members you think might benefit from the services!
