DEAR BROADWAY DEMOCRATS AND FRIENDS,



*This week's club meeting will **take **place **this Thursday, October
18th, at the OBAMA VICTORY CAMPAIGN CENTER (between 102nd and 103rd) at
2689 BROADWAY*.  We are all in campaign mode and this week we will do
things for the election.  *Please come between 7:30 AND 8:00 PM IF POSSIBLE.
*  Those who feel ready can immediately make phone calls for Obama and
Julian Schreibman, our candidate for Congress in the Hudson Valley. Richard
Siegel will instruct you. (Those who want to sell buttons outside,
can.)  *Those
who wish training will be given that at 8:15.*

*We'll make calls until 8:45 and have a short meeting at 9:00 pm.  *



PLEASE COME!  WE NEED EVERYONE!



LAST SATURDAY we had a table on Broadway at 110th Street and MADE
$714 selling Obama buttons!  I understand that that's a record for any
table this year in NYC. (We also registered voters.)

Curtis Arluck, Ed Sullivan, Gretchen Borges, Keenis Davis, Lucy Orta, Laura
Friedman, Nick O'Neill, Katie Hanner, Sarah Martin, Liz Sostre and myself
did the tables.  Mary Outlaw did the table on 102nd Street.  I WANT TO
THANK YOU ALL FOR A JOB WELL DONE!



THIS SATURDAY we will have a table if it is not raining.



ON MONDAY night we made phone calls for Julien Schreibman's Campaign.

Ed Sullivan, Gretchen Borges, Richard Siegel(Bank Captain), Norm Levine,
Carlin Good, Patti Jacobs, Laura Friedman, Anne Cardinez, Patricia Stivel,
Stuart Bramen, Zoila Marte, Steve Niell and myself participated.  THANK YOU
ALL FOR COMING OUT ON A RAINY NIGHT AND DOING THE WORK WE DO, TO WIN FOR
AMERICA!
