Hi y'all --
 
The Broadway Democrats' February 11th forum is on "The State Budget: How It Works . . . How to Advocate Changes." Speakers will discuss the basics of how the state budget works, the governor's and legislators' roles, income vs. spending; and how to advocating for changes in the budget, to emphasize political priorities or get a bigger chunk.
